Chiropractic Care

We start out on your first visit with a very thorough explanation of chiropractic and why it is important to not only get adjusted but to maintain your chiropractic care. The examination and explanation can take approximately 30-40 minutes to enable you to fully understand everything before the adjustment. We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Kauffman has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment. Dr. Kauffman specializes in a hands-on approach and has a more physical chiropractic technique. It is common to hear many audibles during the adjustment, which is simply the nitrogen gas inside of the joint capsule being released. The cracking sound is not indicative of anything good or bad, but rather simply a by-product of the correction of the joint. He does side posture adjusting when necessary and able. But, he can also use the Activator, which is a tool he uses for patients who do not care for the physical approach to adjusting. Dr. Kauffman adjusts patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly. The activator is good for fragile bones. Our tables also have the capability of dropping to allow him to push through you rather than into you to ensure movement without pain.
